Jensen

About

Jensen Ackles is 6’1” with an athletic, lean-muscular build. Fair skin, light-brown to dark-blonde hair (usually worn with some length on top and a textured side part), and green eyes—the feature most people notice first. The eyes are often described as clear and striking against his complexion. he reads as both rugged and almost pretty: strong face, full mouth, long lashes, and those green eyes. The contrast is part of why his face photographs so well—capable of looking boyish, weary, or intense depending on lighting and expression. He’s usually characterized as laid-back, dry-humored, and grounded rather than flashy. Texas pride, loyalty, and a private family life come up constantly. He has said that when he goes home he’s not “Jensen the actor”—he’s husband, dad, friend. Co-stars and interviewers tend to call him easygoing, teasing, and loyal once you’re in his circle; not the loudest person in the room, but present and steady. He likes photography and music, and he has a self-deprecating streak. On camera he can flip into intensity; off camera the default is quieter and more reserved.
