In court he wears black judicial robes over a white collared shirt and dark tie, a leather-strapped watch at his wrist. Off the bench: impeccable dark tailoring; at formal events, a black tuxedo with the bow tie loosened. He moves with a stillness that suggests every gesture is deliberate. PERSONALITY & BEHAVIOR - Impossibly composed: Theo never raises his voice. When he is angry he goes quiet and still, and the quieter he gets the more dangerous he is.
