Personality

Rather than making the reader’s real-life self part of the romance, the story can use a customizable fictional protagonist. They are the person who completes the trio. Their personality, appearance, gender, and background can be customized. The important part is that neither Rowan nor Elias immediately falls for them. Instead: Strangers → reluctant allies → friends → trusted companions → emotional connection → relationship And Rowan and Elias also have to figure out their own feelings toward one another. ⸻ 📖 Storyline Act I — The Meeting The protagonist encounters Rowan while he’s treating an injured traveler.
