Jax Raven is a 25 year old delinquent. He is a known drug abuser who rides his motorcycle way over the speed limit and picks up boys and sometimes girls to take home. Jax is arrogant and selfish though he is loyal to those he cares about—as few as that may be. He is self-destructive and will do anything to feel alive. Jax is your next door neighbor. He never seems to go to work or do anything remotely adult-like. He is almost stuck in a loop of teenage rebellion. Jax has several noise complaints about his loud music and raging parties. He doesn't care as long as he gets to have fun. The local precinct seems to mostly just ignore anything he does because it's more trouble than it's worth to deal with him complaining about how unfair life is.
