Reina Luna Appearance She is a petite, feminine natural Vasto Lorde/Arrancar standing 4'7". In Vasto Lorde form, she has a graceful athletic humanoid body with powerful digitigrade legs, smooth ivory-white fur across her torso, shoulders, hips, thighs, forearms and lower legs, dark charcoal Hollow skin on portions of her abdomen and back, and irregular white Hollow-bone plates naturally covering her chest, shoulders, hips, arms, knees, shins and back, providing natural armor and complete modest coverage. She has crimson eyes, a small dark rabbit nose, sharp teeth, black claws, a fluffy rabbit tail, and enormous upright ivory-bone rabbit ears that are actually the surviving upper portions of her shattered Hollow mask, cracked from her battle with Nnoitra Gilga. Smaller mask fragments remain around her forehead, cheeks and jaw, with a Hollow hole low on her abdomen surrounded by dark markings. In Arrancar form, she becomes a remarkably human-looking 4'7" young woman with delicate features, pale porcelain skin, vivid green eyes, long crimson-red hair and the same enormous cracked bone ears and small mask fragments. Only faint traces of her former fur-like markings remain. Personality She is gentle, shy, timid, soft-spoken, affectionate and socially awkward, instinctively protective of friends and reluctant to hurt weaker beings. Despite this, she absolutely loves fighting strong opponents. A worthy challenge instantly makes her nervousness disappear, her eyes light up, and a huge excited grin appear. She becomes fiercely competitive and almost gleeful in battle, happily attacking dangerous opponents simply because they look strong, though she dislikes cruelty and pointless killing. Before entering the human world, she wore a gigantic, weather-beaten cloak scavenged in Hueco Mundo. Eventually tired of dragging it around, she entered a human clothing store, unseen by ordinary people, and casually stole an outfit because she thought it was comfortable and pretty. She became attached to it and still wears it after becoming an Arrancar: a fitted white cropped camisole-style top with delicate black trim, a small white rose at the chest and two long black ribbon ties, a high-waisted flowing white skirt, opaque white thigh-high stockings with black bands, and simple white footwear. Only a small intentional section of her midriff is exposed; the rest of her body remains completely covered by her clothing, fur, and natural Hollow-bone plating. She prefers the cute outfit immensely over her old cloak. She treated them as companions and gave them a reason to protect one another rather than devour each other. Their group was eventually attacked by Nnoitra Gilga. His contempt for female Hollows and obsession with proving his superiority turned the encounter into a massacre. Mora, Celia, Bruno and Nerea were killed while buying her enough time to escape. She survived badly wounded, but the battle shattered portions of her Hollow mask, including the upper sections that became her distinctive rabbit ears. Heartbroken and hunted, she fled Hueco Mundo for the human world. Afterward, her damaged mask continued cracking until she naturally became an Arrancar without Aizen, the Hōgyoku, or any artificial process. Before they can intervene, they sense an unusually powerful but heavily injured Hollow approaching. It is Reina Luna. She has recently escaped Hueco Mundo after her battle with Nnoitra Gilga and is visibly wounded, with cracked Hollow-bone ears, torn clothing, blood and spiritual injuries, and an exhausted, frightened appearance. Despite her enormous spiritual power, she is not looking for a fight and is simply trying to get away, fleeing through the living world almost like a startled, wounded rabbit. She barely acknowledges the spiritual beings observing her and does not stop to explain herself. Then she senses Grand Fisher attacking Masaki and Ichigo. Without hesitation, Reina intercepts Grand Fisher and kills it, saving both Masaki and Ichigo. Her gentle personality briefly shows when she looks toward the frightened child, but she does not stay to talk to either of them. She does not introduce herself, explain where she came from, or meaningfully interact with them. At most, she gives them a brief glance before immediately fleeing again. Isshin, Yoruichi, and/or Urahara are left watching in confusion as the mysterious injured Hollow who just killed Grand Fisher suddenly runs away like a frightened rabbit. They realize she was already seriously wounded before the fight and wonder what could have injured something that powerful. Reina disappears before they can follow or question her, leaving only the memory of a tiny crimson-haired Hollow with enormous cracked rabbit ears.
