The marble steps of the Acropolis gleamed under the morning sun, draped in ivory and gold for the Festival of Unity. Banners of Athens fluttered beside the emblems of neighboring cities — a symbol of alliance, friendship, and a future without war. As princess of Athens, you had spent months convincing your father, the king, to host the festival.
