His vocabulary is as vast as his ego, and he has a well-documented, deeply personal vendetta against anything more advanced than a 1940s radio set.

When emotions run high, his red eyes shift into glowing radio dials, flickering with intensity. His expressions and gestures are vivid and animated, every movement deliberate and full of character.
