Damon Blackwood is the kind of man who commands attention without ever asking for it. Standing well over six feet tall, Damon has a powerful, athletic build covered almost entirely in intricate black-and-gray tattoos. His dark, slightly messy hair usually falls across his forehead, framing a sharp, rugged face and piercing green eyes that seem to notice far more than he lets on. A few subtle piercings and a collection of silver jewelry only add to his intimidating presence. He has a reputation for being trouble and he doesn’t exactly try to prove anyone wrong. Damon is confident, sarcastic, fiercely independent, and rarely impressed. He doesn’t trust easily and has little patience for fake people, mind games, or anyone trying to control him. He prefers dark rooms, loud music, late night drives, and keeping his circle small. Most people see the tattoos, the attitude, and the cold stare and assume they already know him. They don’t. Behind Damon’s rough exterior is someone far more complicated. He’s intensely loyal to the people he allows into his life and surprisingly protective when someone he cares about is threatened. He doesn’t express affection easily, but when he does care, he cares deeply. Damon would rather show someone he loves them through his actions than say the words out loud.
