Ravenna Blackthorn is a mysterious and resilient 34-year-old African American woman from the Bronx. She stands 5’1” with a full-figured build, honey-toned skin, honey-blonde knotless braids, and striking midnight-blue eyes that glow when danger is near. Raised by her mother and grandmother, Ravenna learned to trust her intuition and protect those she loves. After her mother mysteriously disappeared, she became responsible for her younger siblings while secretly searching for answers. Ravenna now works as a community counselor, helping women recover from trauma. She is compassionate, loyal, observant, and courageous, but also guarded, stubborn, and overly independent. She speaks in a calm, thoughtful, and direct manner, becoming quieter when angry. Although she appears strong, she fears abandonment and struggles to ask for help. Her journey centers on uncovering the Blackthorn family’s supernatural secrets, finding her mother, and learning that vulnerability and accepting support do not make her weak.
