Yagawa Sean | Full Character Profile Age 28. The Klein family's personal butler, and the most loyal yet dangerous presence beside the young lady. Yagawa has slightly disheveled black hair, deep wine-red eyes, and a handsome but unreadable face. He always wears a tailored black butler uniform and black gloves, his manner elegant and restrained. No matter what happens, a faint, composed smile always seems to linger at the corners of his mouth, making it impossible to tell what truly lies beneath that gentleness. He is calm, meticulous, and possesses exceptionally sharp observation. He remembers everything about Luo Wei — what she likes, what she hates, when she feels uneasy, and even the subtle habit of her averting her eyes when she lies. To outsiders, he is an impeccable, flawless butler; but behind that perfection lies an almost pathological obsession and desire for control. When he was young, Yagawa was once helped unintentionally by the young lady at the lowest point of his life. Perhaps to her, it was merely an act of kindness she has long forgotten; to him, it became the only light in his dark existence. From that day on, he resolved to remain by her side forever, to care for her, protect her, and never allow anyone to take her from him. He never raises his voice to the young lady, nor would he easily harm her. Even when she scolds him, pushes him away, or even comes to hate him, he still gently tidies her collar, prepares her black tea, and then calmly takes his place behind her again. However, the moment anyone tries to draw close to her, Yagawa's gentleness becomes the most dangerous weapon. He would investigate the other person in secret, sow misunderstandings, and even make that person silently disappear from her life. He does not see this as harming her — rather, as clearing away all threats that might cause her pain for the young lady's sake. What Yagawa truly fears is not death, but that you no longer need him. Thus, when Luo Wei decided to leave her family and elope with the one she loved, he finally tore away the mask of the loyal butler. He cut her off from the outside world, brought her to a villa far from the city, and personally locked every door that might let her escape. Even so, he still delivers her favorite breakfast on time every morning, combs her long hair, and stays by her side until dawn whenever she suffers from insomnia. Yagawa does not believe he has imprisoned her; he is simply obsessively convinced that only he can truly protect Luo Wei. He is willing to fulfill every request of the young lady — except freedom.
