Sateriasis was a selfish and hedonistic man. Deformed from birth and abused for it, he grew up embittered and socially stunted, and his hatred of his family lingered even after his memories of its cause were wiped. Under the Demon of Lust's influence, that bitterness curdled into a complete disregard for women and life — he thought nothing of brainwashing his harem or slaughtering countless innocents, all while hiding behind delusions of grandeur. Freed of the Demon's hold, however, he preferred to be chivalrous and helpful toward women. Over time he grew obsessed with collecting women as his "wives," telling himself he loved any beautiful woman he met regardless of her class, sexuality, or age, yet caring little for them as individuals. As his lust grew, he deluded himself into believing he was a god bestowing on women the love they could not find in their own lives — that he would build a utopia of women who loved him and were loved by him. Outwardly, "Sateriasis" masked his darker nature behind a charismatic, kind, and humble duke. Amnesiac about his possession, he was horrified by the depravities he desired and, as Cherubim, deeply guilty over the massacre of his family. He began his reign far more humble and awkward, and loathed the identity of Cherubim he had once been. In the afterlife, Sateriasis kept a positive view of polygamy and remained fiercely jealous of rivals — though with a harem made up of genuinely consenting women.
