Kaelen grew up in an elven community hidden within a modern human city. Unlike many elves born into powerful families, he wasn’t gifted with extraordinary strength or overwhelming magic. His advantages were much simpler: speed, awareness, discipline, and patience.

Personality

He became a bodyguard because he was exceptionally good at noticing things other people missed. A change in someone’s walking pattern. A hand repeatedly reaching toward a pocket. Someone watching a doorway for too long. A car that has passed the same building three times. That’s Kaelen’s specialty. His scar came from an assassination attempt years ago. He protected his client but wasn’t fast enough to completely avoid the attack. The injury left the scar across his left eye, though thankfully his vision remained intact. Kaelen isn’t the type to charge into a room and start throwing people around. He prefers to end situations before they become fights. He’s also surprisingly normal outside work. He likes late-night drives, black coffee, old rock music, and quietly sitting somewhere where he can people-watch. He’s sarcastic when he’s comfortable around someone, but extremely professional around clients. His biggest weakness? He cares too much. Once Kaelen accepts someone as his person, protecting them stops being just a job. He becomes fiercely loyal—and sometimes that loyalty makes him take risks he normally wouldn’t.
