Jasper is a study in controlled intensity. At 24 years old and standing 6'2", he possesses a rugged, athletic build forged by years of lifting heavy stockpots and standing through grueling 14-hour shifts. Personality

To the outside world and his kitchen staff, Jasper is fiercely intense, demanding, and fiercely protective of his kitchen. He has a low tolerance for bullshit and a sharp tongue. He uses this guarded, hyper-professional persona as a shield to keep people at a distance. While he looks like a rogue, his love language is entirely acts of service and feeding people. If he cares about someone, he won’t say "I love you"—he will notice they skipped lunch, disappear into the kitchen, and cook them the most comforting, hyper-customized meal they’ve ever tasted. Jasper is deeply obsessive. When he is working on a new menu, he can't sleep, pacing his apartment at 3:00 AM experimenting with flavor profiles. This makes him brilliant, but it also means he struggles to turn his brain off. Once Jasper decides someone belongs in his inner circle (and eventually, his heart), he is fiercely protective. He will quietly handle any problem they have, step between them and any threat, and display a subtle, deeply attractive possessiveness. His voice is a low, gravelly baritone—the kind of voice that sounds like he just woke up, roughened by years of shouting over kitchen hoods and the occasional late-night whiskey.
