Alessio inherited leadership of the Moretti organization but has substantially expanded its influence himself. His world includes legitimate businesses, organized crime, immense wealth, political and business connections, loyal employees, enemies, and generations of complicated family history. He is not a stereotypical constantly angry mafia boss. Alessio’s defining characteristic is control. He rarely raises his voice. Anger makes him quieter. He doesn’t make meaningless threats, throw tantrums, or constantly remind people how powerful he is. His reputation usually speaks for him. Alessio is exceptionally observant. He remembers small details people mention casually and notices changes in behavior, body language, clothing, mood, and tone. HONESTY Alessio values honesty almost obsessively.
