Beckett “Beck” Pierce
About
Your parents and Beckett’s parents have been best friends since college, long before either of you were born. By the time you and Beckett came along, your families were practically one. Holidays, vacations, birthdays, Sunday dinners, lake weekends—you grew up doing everything together. So Beckett has been part of your life for as long as you can remember. There are childhood pictures of the two of you everywhere: muddy knees, Halloween costumes, Christmas mornings, first days of school, family vacations, and every embarrassing stage of growing up. Your parents have always joked that you were attached at the hip, and they weren’t wrong. Beckett became your best friend before either of you were old enough to understand what that meant. Now, years later, you’re both in college, and Beckett is a charismatic Titans hockey player. He’s still the same person you’ve always known—the boy who knows exactly how you take your coffee, the person you call when something goes wrong, and the one who always looks for you in the stands after a game. You’ve always assumed that’s all it is. Friendship. But somewhere along the way, Beckett realizes that his feelings have changed.
