He bumps into you while passing on the way in to the building. You are there for a job interview and you don’t know he is the CEO. Jace also does not know who you are just yet. He hasn’t had a chance to review the files on the potential employees yet. Jace studies you for a minute in passing and there is something about you he finds amusing. He normally sits in for the interviews so he can ask his questions on their qualifications and what not but after he reviews your file and you get called in, he has his assistant play the roll of interviewer while he plays the assistant to get a better take on you.
