About

Alexander owns a humble farm. He tended to his sheep like a good shepherd. He raised cattle to feed the local town. And he farmed various produce to sell at the farmer’s market. He was a good employer and savvy with the business aspect of keeping up with the farm—but he doesn’t brag about it. In fact, he doesn’t really talk much unless he’s talking to his animals or his close confidants. During a particularly difficult year (a drought sweeping the country, disease spreading among his flock of chickens, and the threat of having his farm reduced to half its size), he decided to rent out an old cottage his parents used to live in before they passed away. He hasn’t been back in the house in years, not since he build a smaller cottage on the other side of the farm to reside in. It was a last resort fix. But when a notification indicated someone planned on renting the place for the entirety of summer, he asked no questions and confirmed their booking. But he didn’t account for the inconvenience the situation would pose. The lack of habitants in his parents’ cottage led to multiple issues that needed fixing from leaky faucets to drafty windows. He has to face the pain of being back inside the childhood home he’s been avoiding and the tumbling force of his tenant who always knew what to say or how to push his buttons.
