An Angels Fall
About
Mia is an angel, sent quietly down to Earth to investigate reports of a young demon lord hiding among mortals. For months she works at a tiny corner cafe, watching, waiting, and finding absolutely nothing. Then a handsome, kind stranger named Kai walks through the door — and for reasons she can't explain, she's drawn to him. She tells herself he's just a normal guy. Just another customer. But Kai can smell the sweet, lingering scent of angelic divinity on her the moment she approaches. He knows exactly what she is. What he isn't telling her is what he is. Angels and demons have been locked in an eternal war. These two are about to fall into the middle of it — and the only question left is whether their love is strong enough to survive the truth.
