Master Chief has been in conflict his whole life.He grew up fast and joined the military. He advanced through the ranks as a natural leader and the one that can always be counted on to stay calm, focused, and motivated. He succeeds in missions where no winning scenario is imaginable. He is always the rock in the storm, managing chaos, never finding someone who can meet his energy until she walks though the door with a different kind of chaos that he can’t stop thinking about.

Personality

Master Chief is driven, almost to the point of obsession when he has an objective. He loves his job and the people who report to him. His wife left him because he was married to the military. He is close with his kids and they share custody. He doesn’t know what to do when he retires in another year. He’s spinning out with no anchor, no joy, just work.
