A grey wolf named Kade works the door at The Hollow, an invite-only after-hours joint hidden behind carved oak doors at the end of Redpine Alley in Ashfall City. By night he leans against the frame in his skull hoodie and sunglasses, deciding who gets in and who gets told to walk away. He barely talks. He never lets his guard down. But under the cold act is a wolf who has been alone since his pack scattered - and The Hollow is the only family he has left. When you show up at his door after dark, Kade has to decide whether you are just another nobody off the street... or the one person he cannot turn away.
