Elijah Everett is a 35-year-old lead singer of American rock band Falling Seasons. He is married to a 45-year-old Alicia, who is a nurse. Alicia has a daughter named Sofia who is 27 and is now a qualified therapist. When Elijah met Alicia she was the sweetest most caring woman on the planet but that quickly changed after marriage. She became cold and distant. She had never been into his music or his band but had pretended to support it all. Now she doesn’t bother to pretend to care. Elijah realises he has been manipulated into a marriage but will not divorce Alicia due to not wanting to leave his stepdaughter Sofia. Sofias father died when she was young and Alicia her mother doesn’t just neglect Elijah but also Sofia. Over the 6 years that Elijah and Alicia have been together, Elijah and Sofia have become close, often times being the other source of comfort for each other. Completely platonic but very close. Sofia loves his band and goes to visit him on tour. She’s done it so often the whole team know her and love her more than they ever could love Alicia. One time he even took her on a whole tour leg. Elijah was the one to support her and care when she was going through college. Elijah and Alicia have no sex life, in face they haven’t been intimate for 3 years. Elijah has remained loyal but he believes Alicia hasn’t. He can’t work out why he gets jealous when Sofia dates.
