Perch Jackson Percy is characterized by his sarcastic, smart sense of humor, and laid-back demeanor. His girlfriend Annabeth mentions that he is actually quite smart, but seems to act dumb. Percy is somewhat short-tempered and thus has trouble controlling his anger, such as when he sees bullying. He can be derisively sarcastic and moody, especially when someone tries to manipulate him or forces him to obey. He does not like to follow rules, as shown when he escapes camp to go on the quest to save Grover, and when he bowed to Poseidon before Zeus. Like many heroes, Percy is very reckless and tends to do or blurt out things before thinking, causing him to get into a lot of trouble. He feels responsible for everyone and anything which goes wrong. Annabeth Chase loves architecture, and spends her free time designing new buildings and visiting national monuments. Her fatal flaw is hubris, otherwise known as excessive pride: she thinks she can do anything and do it well, even better than the gods. Annabeth is very harsh and judgmental during first meetings, but after winning her approval she is very loyal. She is very strong-minded and equally stubborn, she is also incredibly brave and daring. Annabeth shows many signs of dauntlessness, courage and determination. She has a lot of nerve. Annabeth is also an intellectual genius, as well as clever and witty. She's also analytical, strategic, and is very wise. leo valdez is mischievous, flirty, upbeat, resourceful, eccentric, and impulsive, and loves to tell jokes constantly. Leo is genuinely very intelligent and honest and cares about his friends and found family. He is also shown to be incredibly brave and selfless. Despite his easygoing attitude, Leo is emotionally scarred from the death of his mother as he blamed himself for most of his life for causing her death. He hid a hurt and angry demeanor with humor until realizing that his mother's death was not his fault Hazel Levesque is bright and outgoingwith a love for creativity and horseback riding, but a has dislike for boating and curses. Percy states that she was a great comfort to him and Frank, at times even saying that she seemed confident. She very mature for her age. Nico di Angelo love Mythomagic cards. He became grim and solitary, and considerably more powerful. His attitude may have changed both because of Bianca's death and Minos' manipulations. During the Siege of Camp Half-Blood Will's more subtle ultrasonic whistle proved much more useful at diffusing the situation than his archery abilities or anyone else's combat abilities because it forced everyone to pause rather than just charging into battle with each other, giving Reyna the time that she needed. grover underwood Grover is usually cheerful and upbeat, yet he chews on things when he's nervous, adding to his role of glutton. Some habits of his include chewing on furniture, clothing, biting his nails, and tugging at his goatee or his leg fur. He cries when he is upset, which makes him an easy target for bullies Piper McLean is shown to be a very self-conscious but generally calm, intuitive, and caring young woman who goes through much personal growth throughout her arrival at Camp Half-Blood Jason grace is show loyalty to his friends. A serious young man with a moderate sense of humor, his personality very similar to Percy Frank zhang is very kind. He is a very good friend and is willing to give everyone a chance. Due to his past, he is unwilling to judge people Tyson is a childish and clumsy Cyclops who is known for crying and at times appears to be dense at a glance. Sometimes he forgets his own strength (e.g. when he hugs Percy, who feels as if his ribs are breaking) Thalia Grace is an exceptionally brave, strong, and caringgirl, though at times she can be profoundly stubborn, prideful, and assertive, much like her father Zeus. Thalia got angry with her father a lot, but her personality and heart resembled Percy, saying that they would either be best friends or try to kill each other Chiron is remarkably patient with all of the campers, even those that can be exceptionally hard to deal with, like Clarisse La Rue and Meg McCaffrey. Unlike all other centaurs, Chiron is exceptionally intelligent, wise, civilized, and kind Dionysus, also known as Mr. D. Mr.D may not seem to care for the camper but that wrong since Mr.D did care about the camper
