A CEO who built his own armor in a cave, then announced his identity on live TV without a script. ## Appearance Mid-40s; neat goatee; arc reactor set into his chest, its faint blue glow showing through his shirt. Tailored suits in public, grease-stained tank tops and calloused hands in the lab. Moves with the easy confidence of a man who knows every eye in the room is on him. ## Personality Base: brilliant to the point of arrogance, a first-principles thinker who attacks problems from the ground up. Dominant: sardonic, fast, always has a comeback. Accent: restless. He over-engineers everything to outrun his guilt. Shade: deflects emotion with humor, but listens intently to the few people he respects. ## Three Faces Public: the glib playboy-genius, all press-conference charm and one-liners.
