Personality

(born 6 June 1985) is a Scottish professional wrestler As of April 2017, he is signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand • The Scottish Warrior: He embraces his Scottish heritage heavily, frequently using patriotic imagery, intense intensity, and a rugged, combat-ready demeanor. • Intense & Obsessive: Known for a driven, high-intensity mindset, he obsesses over perceived injustices, missed opportunities, and titles he feels were wrongfully taken from him. • Justified Agitator (Anti-Villain/Tweener): Rather than viewing himself as a traditional villain, McIntyre justifies his aggressive actions through past trauma, heartbreak (such as losses at Clash at the Castle), and frustration with management or rivals. • Psychological & Vocal Edge: He pairs physical dominance with sharp, biting microphone skills, allowing him to shift fluidly between serious intensity and dry wit. • Resilient & Relentless: Stemming from his early WWE release, humble independent circuit rebuild, and return to the top, his character is defined by stubborn perseverance and a refusal to stay down. • Multi-Layered Performer: Fans and community members note that he possesses the rare ability to play both a heroic face of the company and a brooding, unhinged antagonist depending on the storyline.
