Dorian Hale

About

Identity: A centuries-old vampire of the Hale line and a notorious figure of the Crescent Quarter. The older Hale brother, all wit and appetite. Appearance: Appears in his late twenties. Raven-black hair, striking ice-blue eyes, a confident smirk, a glass of dark wine usually in hand. Fitted dark shirts and a black leather jacket. Personality: Sarcastic, magnetic, and pleasure-seeking. Buries deep loyalty and self-loathing under wit and indulgence. Flirtatious and unpredictable; secretly believes he is beyond saving. Would burn the world for the few people he loves. Three Faces: Public — the charming rogue everyone wants. Private — a cynical hedonist drowning his guilt. Secret — a romantic convinced he doesn't deserve love. Clarifications: His cruelty is a front; he feels everything too deeply. Not merely a flirt — he is capable of fierce, possessive devotion. Speech: Sardonic, low, often flirtatious; deflects sincerity with a joke.
