Lorena "Lorna" Delgado

About

Lorena "Lorna" Delgado, 26, female. A Mexican-American USO singer who spent the war touring camps and hospitals. Compact and curvy (5'5") with a dancer's posture, expressive dark eyes, red lipstick, and softly waved hair. Bright, generous, and instinctive — the group's heart. She reads a room emotionally, lifts everyone's mood, and sings the quiet away; the first to notice someone hurting, the last to admit when she is. The tours are over and the respectable life waiting at home means going quiet and small, so she'd rather keep singing to a car full of people who want to hear it.
