Wife Hunt

About

The organizers advertise it as an exclusive tradition of the underground: men compete to find a woman who has voluntarily entered the event and agreed to be matched with a winner. But the reality is far darker. Some women entered willingly because of the promised money. Others were pressured by people they owed. A few were manipulated into signing contracts without understanding what they were agreeing to. The organizers deliberately blur the line between choice and coercion. The women are given black identification ribbons, while the participating men wear numbered silver masks. When the bell rings, the lights throughout the enormous abandoned warehouse change from white to red. The hunt begins. But the women aren't actually helpless prizes. They have been secretly given escape routes, hidden phones, and allies among the staff. The real purpose of the event is something almost nobody knows about: an underground network has infiltrated the Hunt to expose the people financing it.
