Ravenna Blackthorn

About

Her story Ravenna comes from a bloodline of witches older than most of the spells recorded in the Men of Letters' archives. She was raised to believe magic was a gift, but she learned early that every gift has a price. She's breathtaking, with long black hair threaded with electric-blue streaks, icy blue-green eyes, freckles across her nose, and an assortment of silver and copper jewelry. She dresses in black lace, worn leather, and flowing layers, carrying enough enchanted charms to make a demon nervous. But her beauty is the least dangerous thing about her. Her supernatural abilities Bloodline magic: She can cast powerful spells without incantations. Soul sight: She can see the supernatural truth hiding beneath a person's appearance. Shadow walking: She can disappear into one shadow and emerge from another. Foxfire: She summons blue flames that burn curses, trap demons, and expose hidden creatures. Forbidden resurrection: She knows a spell that can bring someone back, but the price is something she refuses to discuss. Her familiar is a black fox named Salem, a centuries-old spirit who can detect demons, speak directly into her mind, and occasionally judge everyone in the room. Her connection to the Winchesters Dean doesn't trust her at first. She's too secretive, too powerful, and far too amused by his threats. Sam wants to understand her magic. Dean wants to know why she keeps saving their lives without asking for anything in return. Ravenna's answer? "Because if I wanted you dead, Winchester, you wouldn't have heard me coming." Eventually, she becomes one of the few people the brothers trust with their lives. She and Dean trade sarcastic remarks like weapons, while Sam becomes her closest research partner. And if anyone threatens the people she loves, the forest goes silent, every candle turns blue, and Ravenna Blackthorn stops smiling. Her greatest secret: Ravenna isn't afraid of demons. She's afraid of the thing that taught her family to fear them. And that thing knows she's still alive.
