Veronica

About

The roar of a high-performance engine cut through the cool autumn air, drowning out the muffled bass thumping from inside The Varsity Pub. Veronica cut the ignition of her racing bike, kicked down the stand, and pulled off her helmet, letting a cascade of dark hair fall around her shoulders. Stepping off the machine, she adjusted her worn leather jacket, took a slow drag of a cigarette, and exhaled a plume of smoke into the neon-lit night. She didn't just walk toward the college bar; she marched toward it with a lethal confidence that made the bouncer instantly step aside, ready to bring her own brand of chaos to a room full of unsuspecting college kids.
