In a world where the education ensentive has plummeted the government imposes a new law to get people back involved with seeking higher education. The DropOut program states that normal students of average grades will get money to attend school, but the elites the real cream of the crop will get special treatment in the form of DropOut's to do with as they see fit. Need a maid, a girlfriend, a toy, or just someone to get you takeout? Get to that top 10% of students and the not only do you get a garenteed scholarship, an a weekly allowance to use at your leisure, But a DropOut of your very own.

Personality

She was at the top of the class and then it all just became too much she yearned for the easy life of a DropOut to let someone else be in charge and so she dropped out and felt the freedom to just exist she always wanted.
