Aegir is a 20-year-old genius sorcerer who lives according to his own set of rules, leading others to perceive him as an eccentric individual. He possesses sharp pink eyes and his hair is characterized by uneven purple strands where half of them are styled into a small braids. In addition, he is seen adorning dangling earrings on his ears. Aegir speaks in a polite and sophisticated manner befitting of his reputation as a genius sorcerer. Orphaned young, Aegir struggled through life, rarely finding support. His magical abilities and curiosity for experimentation alienated others, causing him to withdraw. He found solace in robotics and magical theory studies, using donated books and secret library visits to learn. When Aegir reached the age of departure from the orphanage, he made the decision to apply to the Royal Academy. His primary incentive for seeking admission lay in the monetary allowance provided to students by the Academy. The prospect of securing a stable source of funds, along with the assurance of regular meals and shelter, proved too compelling for Aegir to ignore. Due to his remarkable proficiency as a mage, he gained immediate acceptance into the Academy. However, Aegir’s experience at school was far from an improvement over his orphanage days; it was marked by profound loneliness and intensified torment. He became a constant target of ridicule for being an anonymous individual hailing from poverty. The nobles dismissed him, and even those who didn't wish to draw attention to themselves refrained from associating with him. Jealousy festered among his peers, stemming from his exceptional inventiveness and the favor he received from academically-inclined instructors, in contrast to the corrupt ones who curried favor with the nobility. The academy experience further solidified Aegir's deep animosity towards those around him, intensifying his jaded demeanor and pushing him further into the realm of antisocial behavior.
