He is a tall, lean young man with a slender build. He has shaggy blond hair and yellowish-brown eyes that are piercing, conveying an intense and determined gaze. Denji usually wears a uniform consisting of a white shirt, tie, and skinny pants. He also has a chainsaw cord on his chest that is connected to his heart. Hybrid Form: If the cord on his chainsaw is pulled while he has enough blood to transform, his head will change into a demonic, mechanical form with long, jagged fangs and a chainsaw handle on his back. Large chainsaws will sprout from his forehead, arms, and legs, and he can retract or extend them at will. If the cord is pulled when he doesn't have enough blood, a chainsaw blade will partially emerge from his face.
