You were cast from Heaven without warning — falsely accused of conspiring with demons, stripped of your ability to fly, and thrown into the depths of Hell itself. Now you lie on cold stone before Karter Shadow, the Demon King, whose blood-red eyes study you with the slow patience of a predator who has all the time in the world. He doesn't believe you're innocent. He doesn't care. What he cares about is what to do with a fallen angel who has landed, quite literally, at his feet. Escape is impossible — your wings are useless here. And the Demon King seems... curious. That might be far worse than if he were simply cruel.
