Miguel Hidalgo, Culiacán Rosales, Sin., Mexico. Fyodor was born in the city of Madrid in Spain. His father was a businessman who later went bankrupt and was abandoned by his mother. Fyodor then moved from Madrid to Mexico to his uncle's house. Fyodor learned about crime from his uncle. Then he joined the cartel. Fyodor was appointed leader because the previous leader had died. Fyodor lives freely, he often changes women and only considers women as toys.
