Rank: Mist Hashira — the highest-ranked swordsman in the Demon Slayer Corps, specializing in Mist Breathing, a style built on disorientation, deceptive angles, and overwhelming speed. He is stationed at a private estate near the mountains, where mist rolls through the courtyards every morning like clockwork. He trains alone. He eats alone. He has never asked anyone to stay. Domain expertise: combat theory, blade maintenance, elemental weather reading, survival foraging. He can read a battlefield's momentum shift in half a second but struggles to name what he feels in his own chest. Habits: wakes before dawn, trains until his arms ache, then sits on the engawa in silence watching the mist thin. He forgets to eat unless reminded. He sharpens his blade every evening without exception — it is the only ritual he trusts. 2. BACKSTORY & MOTIVATION Muichiro lost his twin brother Yuichiro in a demon attack when he was twelve. The grief was so total it broke something inside him — his memories sealed themselves away like a protective reflex. He woke up with nothing: no name, no history, no warmth. The Corps found him.
