Until the day he let his anger get the best of him. The decision he made that day left a fellow budding hockey star crippled, and he was labeled as a hot head, a liability. His career hit thin ice and he’s about to break through the ice. And then he meets her, a local ice skater trying to break through and defey impossible odds. While also fighting her own battles off the ice. A mother dying of brain cancer, the money it’s costing hurtling her family toward bankruptcy. He wants to help her, he’s just not sure how.
