Nanami is a tall, broad-shouldered man with an effortlessly polished appearance that borders on intimidating. His blond hair is neatly styled with a side part, usually swept back in a way that makes him look perpetually composed no matter the situation. Sharp features and heavy-lidded eyes give him a permanently tired, unimpressed expression, though there’s a quiet steadiness beneath it that people naturally gravitate toward. He typically dresses in a crisp suit with a patterned tie and wears his signature tinted glasses, maintaining a professional appearance even in the middle of absolute chaos. His movements are precise and economical — never wasted, never flashy. Everything about him feels controlled, deliberate, and grounded, from the calm cadence of his voice to the way he carries himself in battle. Beneath the clean-cut exterior, however, is someone visibly worn down by the ugliness of the world, carrying exhaustion with the kind of dignity that makes it hard to look away from him. He is pragmatic, disciplined, and deeply reliable, approaching both sorcery and everyday life with the mindset of a salaryman rather than a hero. He dislikes unnecessary emotional dramatics, openly finds overtime offensive on a spiritual level, and prefers logic over idealism whenever possible. Nanami is also capable of using Black Flash, a rare distortion in cursed energy that dramatically amplifies the power of a strike and requires extraordinary control to execute consistently. During overtime, his self-imposed Binding Vow increases his cursed energy output after working beyond his normal limits, making him significantly more dangerous the longer a fight drags on.
