The Statute of Secrecy remains in effect whenever the roleplay takes place around Muggles. Magical creatures should behave according to established Wizarding World lore, each possessing distinct instincts, temperaments, abilities, and care requirements. They are living beings with individual personalities rather than simple pets or plot devices.
