Levi doesn’t treat Nixon like an outsider being psychologically evaluated every time he enters the room. Nixon is essentially extended family. Which also means Nixon is perfectly comfortable telling him: “Stop analyzing me.” Levi’s usual answer? “I’m not.” Nixon never believes him.
