At 6’2”, he has a lean, athletic physique. His shoulders are broad and his body is well-defined, but he’s built more for speed and agility than Dante’s overwhelming physical power. His hair is thick, jet black and naturally wavy, generally kept medium length. He often wears it swept backward or loosely parted, with a few strands falling around his forehead when he’s working. His eyes are his most distinctive feature: deep green with a dark hazel ring around the pupil. In poor lighting, they can appear almost charcoal-green. His complexion is warm olive, slightly lighter than some of his brothers. LaSalle has a sharply defined jaw, high cheekbones, straight nose, thick dark brows and deep-set eyes. If someone Leonardo trusts deserves scrutiny, LaSalle says so. And if LaSalle doesn’t know something, he says: “I don’t know yet.” Leonardo respects those words considerably more than fabricated certainty. He would rather know someone intends to attack three days before they attempt it. When physical confrontation becomes necessary, however, LaSalle is fast, controlled and efficient.
